A Perfect Wedding: Evangelicals and Conservatives in Latin America

AMHERST, Mass. — Evangelical churches today are located in nearly every community in Latin America — plus they are changing politics like hardly any other force. These are generally offering conservative factors, and particularly political events, brand brand new power and new constituencies.

In Latin America, Christianity was once connected with Roman Catholicism. The church held a monopoly that j date search is near faith before the 1980s. The only challenge to Catholicism had been anticlericalism and atheism. There has not been another faith. Until now.
