Poor engine, bad performance, poor service

<p>To Service, Manager, Maruti Sazuki India. Sir, On 04.07.2007 i have purchased eridum gold color Swift VDI car from Pankaj Motors Moga Punjab by paying Rs 20,000/- over and above the price without any receipt, registration no of my car is PB-04-L-4111. When i drove car from the said agency towards Gurdwara Sahib just 1 km away from the dealer's showroom the car could not got start because there was no diesel in it. I arranged diesel and started it. Now you can imagine the condition of customer who have purchased a car worth more than Rs 5 lacs. It is not an end, when it had driven upto 26,000 km engine malfunctioning light was on, vehicle was brought to above said Pankaj Motors, after cleaning EGR valve they assured that now it will be ok. After more 10,000 kms it the said light agan glow, again EGR valve was cleaned by Modren Motors Bathinda, from whom i got all the services as recommended in ownerguide. After just 37000 kms my Swift started blowing dense black smoke. It was brought to Pankaj Motors Moga, but of no avail. On 11.07.2008 at 9.54 am i made call the Regional Office of Maruti at Chandigarh, which was attended by Mr. Kapil Bindal it narrated the whole story in 10.59 min call, he told me to brought the vehicle to Sandhu Motors Ludhiana (Pb). So the vehicle was brought to said Sandhu Motors after 5 hours they delivered vehicle to me and told that now there will be no black smoke. But the vehicle was constantly blowing black smoke, than i got mob number of Mr. Vikas Saini who is incharge engineer of area, but instead of hearing me with patience he told me to get it checked from Hira Automobiles Muktsar. Hira Automobiles placed order of EGR value and after more than 1 month it was replaced. But it could not stop black smoke. Then on 19.09.08 i got paid service from Hira Automobile it was friday. On sunday i.e. 21.09.2008 i was going to Patiala with my family including small kids, after passing Sangroor engine of my Swift Car stopped on the way, i dialed all the numbers of nearby Maruti Workshops but all in vain. At about 11 pm i requested passer to toe my car. Then on 22.09.2008 car was brought to Max Autos Sangroor, after checking it was Tech 2 it was told to me that ECM worth Rs 17000 and its wiring worth Rs 17000 has damaged due to water in it while service by Hira Auto's on 19.09.08, it is worthwhile that after paid service on 19.09.08 vehicle had done just 256 kms. Workshop Manager of Max Auto's told me that ECM &amp; its wiring will be got from Maruti Factory and vehicle will be given to me on 26.09.08. As such my car is till in workshop. Consequently it can be safely said that it is a fail product of Maruti still giving black smoke while driving. The workshops are just doing job with hit and trial method. The service engineer incharge Mr. Saini is not ready to hear the customers voice, i requested him to give me his email id, but he refused. My Swift car has done only just less than 50000 kms, it is within warrantly, but have frequent breakdowns, which is result of poor quality of vehicle. I am fadup. I have run from pillar to post to get rectified the problem of black smoke, but it could not be stopped even after replacement of EGR valve, now it is giving very low mileage. Although it is written on the walls of front office of Pankaj Motors that customer can get copy of job card, but inspite of repeated requests they have not supplied it to me.
